Kısaca

Yakınım'da hesap, e-posta ve şifre yoktur. İki telefon arasında aktarılan tek şey olaylardır: bir zaman damgası ve bir tür (örneğin "iyiyim", "ilaç alındı", "yardım"). Ham sensör verisi, konum geçmişi ve ses kaydı hiçbir zaman gönderilmez. Reklam yoktur.

Toplanan veriler

• Durum olayları: tür, zaman damgası, cihaz kimliği, rol ve küçük bir detay alanı (ilaç adı, pil yüzdesi, hareketsiz saat sayısı). Google Firestore'da ailenizin belgesinde saklanır.
• Anonim kimlik: Uygulama açılışta Firebase Anonymous Auth ile anonim bir kimlik alır. Bu kimlik kişisel veri içermez, hesap oluşturmaz, e-posta veya telefon numarası ile ilişkilendirilmez; yalnızca ailenizin verisine yalnızca sizin cihazlarınızın erişebilmesi için kullanılır.
• Bildirim jetonu (FCM): push bildirimi gönderebilmek için cihaz jetonu ailenizin belgesine yazılır.
• Adlar ve acil kişi bilgileri: ebeveyn/çocuk adı ve acil kişilerin adı ve telefon numarası, ailenizin ayar belgesinde tutulur. Bunları siz girersiniz; telefon rehberine erişim izni istenmez.

Toplanmayan veriler

• Ses: Uygulama mikrofon izni istemez ve içinde ses kaydı/işleme kodu yoktur.
• Sensör verisi: İvmeölçer/jiroskop okunmaz. "Hareketsizlik" yalnızca telefonun en son ne zaman kullanıldığına bakar; bu zaman damgası cihazda tutulur, ham sensör verisi üretilmez ve gönderilmez.
• Konum geçmişi: Arka planda konum izlenmez (ACCESS_BACKGROUND_LOCATION izni uygulamada yoktur). Konum yalnız "Yardım" tuşuna basıldığında ve yalnız izin verdiyseniz bir kez okunur; acil kişiye giden mesajın metnine konur. Koordinat sunucuya yazılmaz, uygulamada saklanmaz. Uygulama kesin konum izni istemez (ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION yoktur): yalnızca yaklaşık, mahalle çözünürlüğünde konum kullanılır. Konum izni kurulumda değil, ilk "Yardım" basışında istenir.
• Analitik ve çökme raporu: Yoktur.
• Reklam kimliği: Yoktur; reklam gösterilmez.
• Mesaj ve arama içeriği: Uygulama SMS göndermez ve arama yapmaz; yalnız telefonunuzun mesaj/arama uygulamasını açar. Gönderme kararı sizindir.

Eşleştirme ve erişim

Çocuk tarafında 6 karakterlik bir aile kodu üretilir. Ebeveyn telefonu bu kodu yalnızca 15 dakikalık bir pencere içinde kullanabilir; pencere kapandıktan sonra kod yeniden açılana kadar hiçbir cihaz bağlanamaz. Bir aileye yalnızca bir ebeveyn cihazı bağlanabilir ve bağlandıktan sonra başka bir cihaz bu yeri devralamaz. Aile belgeleri listelenemez veya taranamaz.

Arka planda ne olur

Ebeveyn telefonunda uygulama kapalıyken de yaklaşık 15 dakikada bir kısa süreliğine arka planda uyanır. Bu uyanışta yalnızca telefonun en son ne zaman kullanıldığına dair cihazda tutulan zaman damgasına bakılır ve gerekiyorsa ekranda bir hatırlatma gösterilir. Bu sırada hiçbir sensör verisi okunmaz (ivmeölçer, jiroskop, mikrofon, konum) ve sunucuya hiçbir şey yazılmaz; yazılması gereken bir olay varsa cihazda bekler, uygulama açıldığında gönderilir.

Telefon yeniden başlatıldığında bu periyodik kontrol kendini yeniden kurar; uygulamanın RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED iznini istemesinin tek nedeni budur. READ_GSERVICES izni ise Google Play Hizmetleri'nin bildirim altyapısı tarafından istenir; imza korumalı bir sistem iznidir ve kullanıcı verisi taşımaz. Uygulama kalıcı bir ön plan servisi çalıştırmaz ve kesin alarm izni istemez.

Sesli arama (varsa)

Sesli arama özelliği sunucu tarafında çalışır: arama, ebeveynin telefonuna normal bir telefon araması olarak gider. Uygulamanın içinde ses kaydı ya da ses akışı kodu yoktur. Görüşmenin ses kaydı varsayılan olarak kapalıdır; yalnız kısa bir metin özeti ailenizin belgesine yazılır. Bu sürümde özellik kapalıdır.

Verinin silinmesi

Çocuk tarafında Ayarlar → Aileyi sil seçildiğinde: cihazdaki tüm veriler (aile kodu, ayarlar, zaman damgaları, bekleyen kayıtlar, anonim kimlik önbelleği) anında ve kalıcı olarak silinir ve ailenizin belgesine bir silme talebi yazılır. Güvenlik kuralları istemciye silme yetkisi vermediği için kalıcı silmeyi sunucu tarafı yürütür. Silme talebi ve sonucu için destek@peakops.co adresine yazabilirsiniz.

İşleyenler

Google Firebase (Firestore, Cloud Messaging, Anonymous Authentication) ve Google Play Faturalandırma. Abonelik ödemeleri Google Play tarafından işlenir; kart bilgisi uygulamaya hiç ulaşmaz.

Sınır

Yakınım bir acil durum cihazı veya tıbbi cihaz değildir; 112'nin yerine geçmez. Sağlık ölçümü yapmaz, teşhis koymaz, tıbbi tavsiye vermez.

Çocuklar

Uygulama çocuklara yönelik değildir; 18 yaş altı kullanıcılar için tasarlanmamıştır.

In short

Yakınım has no account, no e-mail and no password. The only thing transferred between the two phones are events: a timestamp and a type (for example "okay", "medication taken", "help"). Raw sensor data, location history and audio recordings are never sent. There are no ads.

Data we collect

• Status events: type, timestamp, device identifier, role and a small detail field (medication name, battery percentage, hours of inactivity), stored in your family document in Google Firestore.
• Anonymous identity: the app signs in with Firebase Anonymous Authentication. This identity contains no personal data, creates no account and is not linked to an e-mail or phone number; it exists so that only your own devices can reach your family's data.
• Notification token (FCM): written to your family document so push notifications can be delivered.
• Names and emergency contacts: the parent's and child's names and the emergency contacts' names and phone numbers you enter. The app never asks for access to your phone's contacts.

Data we do not collect

• Audio: the app requests no microphone permission and contains no audio recording or processing code.
• Sensor data: the accelerometer and gyroscope are not read. "Inactivity" is based only on when the phone was last used; that timestamp stays on the device.
• Location history: location is never tracked in the background (the app has no ACCESS_BACKGROUND_LOCATION and no ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION: only approximate, neighbourhood-level location is used, and the permission is requested on the first "Help" press, not during setup). Location is read only when the Help button is pressed, only if you allowed it, and only once; it is placed into the message sent to your emergency contact. Coordinates are not written to any server and are not stored in the app.
• Analytics and crash reporting: none.
• Advertising identifier: none; no ads are shown.
• Message and call content: the app does not send SMS and does not place calls; it only opens your phone's messaging or dialler app. The decision to send or call is yours.

Pairing and access

The child's phone generates a 6-character family code. The parent's phone can use that code only within a 15-minute window; after it closes, no device can connect until the window is reopened. Only one parent device can be connected to a family, and once connected, no other device can take that place. Family documents cannot be listed or scanned.

What happens in the background

On the parent's phone the app wakes up briefly in the background roughly every 15 minutes, even while it is closed. During that wake-up it only reads the timestamp stored on the device for when the phone was last used, and shows a reminder if one is due. No sensor data is read (accelerometer, gyroscope, microphone, location) and nothing is written to the server; if an event needs to be written, it waits on the device and is sent when the app is opened.

After the phone is restarted, this periodic check re-establishes itself; that is the only reason the app requests RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED. The READ_GSERVICES permission is requested by Google Play Services for the notification infrastructure; it is a signature-protected system permission and carries no user data. The app runs no persistent foreground service and requests no exact-alarm permission.

Deleting your data

On the child's phone, Settings → Delete family erases all data on the device immediately and permanently and writes a deletion request to your family document; permanent server-side deletion is carried out by our backend, because security rules give the client no delete permission. For any question about deletion, write to destek@peakops.co.

Processors

Google Firebase (Firestore, Cloud Messaging, Anonymous Authentication) and Google Play Billing. Payments are handled by Google Play; card data never reaches the app.

Limits

Yakınım is not an emergency or medical device and does not replace emergency services. It does not measure health, diagnose, or give medical advice.
